JCU has two R&D Centers: Provincial Science and Technology, Provinical research and development of rechargeable battery and Environments project. |

The R&D Center’s employee of JCU are specialized in field such as chemical industy and material science, also they also have the support of professionas specialized in mechanics, process contorl, eletrochemisty, and may independently carry out the whole process of technical development like material handing, synthetically products, equipment development, applicable investigation, etc. |

The R&D work of JCU keeps on being fruitful for the company. Over the past years JCU was awarded: ten times by the provincial amd municipal industy and torch-project, eleven times for the achievements in Scientlic Researh, and most pateds in the field of materal for rechargeable batteres.

R&D Center is equipped with equipments the worth RMB 5 million including SEM, EDS , XRD, Diffraction Apparatus, Laser Article Seizer. ICP, specific Surface Area Tester, AAS. Which ensure high standards R&D. |

Since JCU is parts of the global organization of Umicore, the R&D Ccenters benefits from technical changes too. |
